Studio

  • We look forward to welcoming you to our studio at 137 Queen St. E, Unit B, Mississauga, ON L5G 1N1. We're located on the second floor of a Chiropractic Clinic "My Health." Please look for the bright blue door with "PILATES" painted on it. You'll need to head up a small flight of stairs, should you need assistance please let us know here or give us a call. We can’t wait to see you!

  • There is ample free parking directly across the street, as well as street parking available on Woodlawn.

  • Wear comfortable athletic attire that allows for easy movement. Get ready to kick off your shoes, as we practice in socks or bare feet. We will provide everything else, including complimentary mats, towels, and water.

  • Absolutely! If you’re just starting out or returning after some time, we recommend beginning with one of our Pilates classes before exploring our higher-intensity class styles. We occasionally offer a Beginner's Workshop in the Fall and Spring. However, you don’t have to wait for that workshop to get started. If you’re taking advantage of our Intro Offer, we suggest attending two classes in your first week and two classes in your second week, with at least two days in between each class. This schedule will help you fully benefit from your classes without overdoing it. You can book your classes here.

  • You must be at least 16 years old to join our classes. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must sign your waiver. You can contact us here to organize that for you.

  • We understand that finding childcare on short notice can be challenging.

    However, our studio policies do not permit children or individuals not enrolled in the class to wait outside the room for safety reasons.

  • We welcome pre and post-natal women to join any of our group classes! We recognize that exercise is extremely beneficial and is recommended for uncomplicated pregnancies, even for those who have not exercised before. Our team is here to offer you support and guidance in every class, including providing options when needed. Please be sure to let your instructor know before class if you're expecting.

  • Our studio is small and cozy, so waitlists are a regular part of life - especially for our more popular class times. That said, they do move! If you add yourself early, there’s a good chance you’ll get in.

    Here’s how it works:

    • If a spot opens up, you’ll be notified by text and email. If you don’t reply, we’ll assume you’re coming

    • You’ll receive a notification at least one hour before class if a spot becomes available

    • If your plans change, please remove yourself from the waitlist so the next person has a chance to join

    • If you're added to class from the waitlist and don’t show up, it will count as a late cancellation

    • Waitlist spots follow our standard 12-hour cancellation policy

    Thanks for helping us keep things running smoothly!

  • We understand that life can be unpredictable. However, because of our small class sizes, we have a 12-hour cancellation policy for all group classes, and a 24-hour policy for Private Sessions, Duets, and Semi-Privates.

    If you cancel with less notice or don’t show up it will result in the loss of that session from your account.

    We appreciate your understanding and kindly ask that you do not request exceptions, so we can keep things fair for everyone.

  • To book a recurring spot in a class, you’ll need to use the Mindbody web browser (not the app). When booking, you’ll see an option to make the reservation repeat weekly for as many sessions as you have in your account.

    Here’s how to do it:

    1. Visit: Mindbody Booking Page

    2. Sign in to your account

    3. Go to Class Schedule and select your preferred class

    4. On the reservation page, look to the right for Recurring Options

    5. Choose your start and end dates, then click Make a Recurring Reservation

    A few important notes:

    • You can only book recurring spots if you have enough passes in your account - or if you're on an active studio membership.

    • Recurring reservations must be made on the web browser; the Mindbody app doesn’t support this feature.

  • You can cancel a class easily through the Mindbody app or a web browser:

    Using the Mindbody App:

    1. Tap Profile in the bottom menu

    2. Go to the Schedule tab

    3. Tap Cancel next to the class you want to cancel

    4. Confirm by tapping Cancel Booking

    Using a Web Browser:

    1. Visit: Mindbody Booking Page and login

    2. Click My Info > My Schedule

    3. Find your class and click Cancel

    4. Click OK to confirm

    For Private Sessions:

    Please call or email us directly as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.

  • You can check your remaining classes through your Mindbody account, either on the app or through the desktop site.

    On the Mindbody App:

    1. Open the Mind Body app and log in

    2. Tap the Profile icon in the bottom right corner

    3. Select Passes or to view your active class packs and how many classes you have left

    On the Desktop Site:

    1. Log in to your Mindbody Account using the email associated with your account

    2. Under "Account," you'll see your active passes and how many classes are remaining

  • You can book a private session anytime through our Private Session Booking Page.

    We’d love for you to fill out the contact form on this page. It will help us understand your availability and goals, allowing us to pair you with the best instructor for your needs. Once you submit the form, we’ll reach out to you as soon as possible to get you started. Thank you, and we look forward to moving with you.

  • Class Packs

    • 10-Pack of Group Classes: Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase

    • Group Class Intro Offer (4 Classes in 2 Weeks): Expires 14 days after your first class

    Memberships

    • Studio membership classes are valid for 30 days and your account renews every 28 days (4 weeks)

    • Unused classes do not roll over into the next month except for emergencies please get in touch with us for assistance

    Private Sessions

    • 3-Pack of Intro Privates: Valid for 3 months from the date of purchase

    • Private Session Packs: Valid for 6 months

    All purchases are final, and memberships/intro offers are non-transferable. Thanks for understanding!

  • Our mini Reformer (SPX Pro by Merrithew) supports up to 350 lbs. The larger Reformer (V2 Max by Merrithew) and our Reformer boxes both have a weight capacity of 450 lbs.

  • Consistency is key. Most people see the best results by exercising at least 2-3 times a week, choosing the duration and intensity that feels right for their body each day. Once you’ve built a good foundation, you can come as often as you like, but we don’t recommend exercising more than 6 days a week to allow your body time to recover. Listen to yourself and enjoy the process!

  • To keep everyone safe and focused, we lock the doors once class begins. Latecomers unfortunately will not be admitted. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early, especially if it’s your first time, to get settled and comfortable.

  • Our studio is located on the second floor and is accessed by a flight of stairs. If you have any mobility challenges or need assistance with the stairs, please give us a call, we’re happy to help make your visit as comfortable as possible.

  • We don’t offer traditional group Reformer classes and that’s by design! At Quiet Bodies, we offer a variety of class styles including mat Pilates, strength training, cardio fitness, and mobility work, each with a dedicated focus. It’s all here under one roof to support your well-rounded movement practice.

    If you love the Reformer, we’ve got you covered. Our QB Open Gym class includes access to both the Reformer and Cadillac in a circuit-style format. It’s a unique experience we highly recommend if you’re looking to build strength and confidence in your practice.

    Traditional Reformer sessions can be booked as 1:1 sessions or Duets with a friend/family member.

  • We do our best to accommodate injuries and limitations in our group classes. Our instructors are experienced, and our small class sizes allow for more personalized support. Please call or contact us so we can learn more about your needs and recommend the best way to get started.

  • We’re always excited to meet passionate instructors with a background in Pilates and/or strength training. Before applying, we recommend joining us for a class to get a feel for the space, our community and our approach. Once you're ready, contact us here

Memberships

  • Our memberships renew every 28 days and are automatically billed to your credit card on file every 4 weeks until you choose to cancel. Classes are valid for 30 days, so there’s always a little overlap built in.

    When you’re just getting started, we ask for a 3-month commitment to help you build momentum and see results. If you have a planned vacation during that time, you’re welcome to pause your membership for a minimum of two weeks during this initial 3 month period.

    Just a note: unused classes don’t roll over, so memberships are best for folks coming twice a week or more.

  • No problem! You can book as many extra classes as you like at your membership rate. Just schedule your class as usual, and you’ll be prompted to choose “Register Unpaid” or “Pay Later.”

    At the end of your billing cycle, we’ll tally any unpaid sessions and charge the card on file. We’ll always reach out first to keep you in the loop.

  • One of the best perks of your membership is the ability to book ahead -> perfect for snagging spots in popular classes that fill up fast. Just book as usual, and when prompted, select “Register Unpaid” or “Pay Later.”

  • This is one of the best perks of being a Studio Member! Just a few things to keep in mind:

    • You must be attending the class with your guest

    • Book your guest in first otherwise, this feature won’t work

    • Already booked in? No problem, email us your guest’s full name and email or give us a call

    To book online (note: this only works on the desktop site, not the Mindbody App):

    1. Visit: Mindbody Booking Page and login

    2. Go to the “Class Schedule” and select your class

    3. On the left, choose the option to make a reservation for someone else

    4. Enter your guest’s name

    5. You’ll be prompted to purchase a $20 Guest Pass

  • We need at least 7 business days' notice to make any changes and avoid unwanted charges.

    • You can pause your membership for 2 weeks or more, once every 3 months

    • Please contact us with the dates or changes you'd like to make

  • If an unexpected situation arises, such as an illness, injury, or emergency, and you have one or two classes remaining at the end of your billing cycle, please let us know. We’re here to help.

    Here's what you need to know:

    • We can roll over up to 2 classes for use in the next 30 days

    • This can be done twice per calendar year in extenuating circumstances

    • Please email or call us with your request within one billing cycle of the missed classes

  • You can book any group class on our schedule, except for special events, workshops, and teacher training classes.

  • Your billing cycle is as unique as you are. When you sign up for your membership, you can decide to start your membership on a specific date. Otherwise, it will automatically begin the day you’re signing up.

    After this, your membership will automatically renew every 4 weeks (28 days) until you cancel.

QB On-Demand

  • QB On-Demand is where it all began! Founders Jon and Kala launched our online classes back in 2020 and have since built a library of over 250 workouts. We know that getting to the studio every day - or even at all - isn’t realistic for everyone. That’s why we created effective, fun, and simple Pilates, strength, and cardio workouts you can do at home or bring to the gym.

    Our growing library includes a Beginner Pilates series to help you get started, plus workouts designed to progress your practice as you get stronger and more confident. Because we’re a small family-run business, you can trust there are two passionate humans on the other side of the screen. If you ever need help, just get in touch - that’s the biggest difference we offer.

    New to QB? Please introduce yourself and share your goals with us. We’ll help you find the perfect workouts to get started!

  • QB On-Demand is designed to be a press-play-and-go experience. Each workout clearly shows the level and class type on the title card, and any equipment needed is listed in the comments below the video.

    Looking for something specific? Use the search feature to find workouts by keyword -> for example, type “core” to find all core-focused workouts.

    You can save workouts you want to repeat by selecting “Add to My List.”

    Track your recently completed workouts at the top of your screen below the banner, making it easy to see what you’ve accomplished.

  • Your subscription gives you access to the entire Quiet Bodies library, including Pilates, strength, mobility, and Open Form (cardio) workouts. We add a new workout every week to keep things fresh.

    Our Pilates workouts come in three levels:

    • Level 1: Best for beginners or those seeking a more restorative approach

    • Level 2: Intermediate level for steady progression

    • Level 3: Advanced, for practitioners eager to learn or comfortable with technical moves like Roll Overs (legs going over the head)

    Our strength, mobility, and Open Form (cardio) classes are all Open Level, meaning they’re suitable for all fitness levels but tend to be higher intensity than Pilates workouts.

    If you're new or coming back after some time, we suggest starting with the Beginner Series or the Roll With Us categories before venturing into our other videos.

  • The majority of our workouts include pre-layered music, but if you've come across an older workout, there will be a link to a Spotify playlist for you to listen along with.

    Follow the steps below for the best audio quality:

    1. Choose your workout for the day

    2. Open the embedded Spotify playlist in a new window

    3. Press play on the workout

    4. Kala will prompt you to push play on Spotify simultaneously with her

    5. Toggle both the workout audio volume and the Spotify audio to get the music and the workout audio to your liking

    6. You can then collectively turn up the audio on the music AND the workout simultaneously directly from your device audio

    Want to see QB on the big screen? You can screenplay your workout directly from your laptop or phone to your smart TV. 

  • We’re committed to adding a new workout every 7–10 days, so there’s always something fresh to try. With over 250 workouts already in the library, you’ve got plenty to explore!

    The easiest way to find the newest workouts is by visiting the library’s New Workout category.

  • You’ll be charged $30 CAD after your 14-day free trial ends. Your subscription automatically renews each month, but you can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of that billing cycle.

    We’re not able to offer refunds, but if you’d like to discuss your subscription or account, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
