☀ Studio Memberships
We offer three auto-renew membership options. These options are the most affordable way to have a consistent Pilates practice. These memberships allow you to take 16, 12 or 8 classes monthly, anytime you wish. Once the month is up, your account will automatically be billed and re-filled with classes. We offer both In-Studio Equipment + Mat Privates and Virtual Private Sessions via Zoom. These packages may be used for both. Please contact us directly to schedule your sessions to ensure we have the availability you need. New to QB? We have a 3 Pack for New Clients.
The Fine Print

Studio Memberships
☀ Your 8, 12 or 16 classes may be used to book any class on the QB schedule.
☀ Extra classes may be purchased at a discounted price. Ask us for more info!
☀ A valid Credit Card must be on file for automatic billing every month beginning the day you started your membership.
☀ Your card will be charged every month until you cancel - please contact us to cancel, as you cannot do so yourself.
☀ Unused classes do not roll over and are non-transferable.
☀ Sharing Memberships and your “Extra Class” discount is not permitted.
☀ There is a minimum 3 Month Commitment for our memberships. Otherwise, you will be subject to a charge of $50 plus HST to cancel your membership commitment early.
☀ Class Registration may be cancelled a minimum of 12 hours before the class start time. Late Cancellations will result in the loss of the session from your account.
Holds/Cancellations
☀ A hold may be placed on your membership once every 3 months.
☀ 7 days’ written notice is required to cancel your membership.
☀ To place a hold on your membership, please get in touch with us with your first and last name and your intended hold start and finish date, and we will get back to you within three business days with the approval or to request more information.
More Fine Print
☀ All Group Class Packs and Private Session Packs expire within six months of the purchase date and are final sale.
☀ Private/Duet/Semi-Private Sessions are subject to a 24-hour cancellation policy.
☀ Group Classes are subject to a 12-hour cancellation policy.
☀ All Late Cancellations will result in the loss of the session from your account.
☀ Group Class Schedule are subject to change.
