QB Pilates

QB Pilates (Restorative)
QB Pilates (Restorative) offers a cozy, calm, and relaxed atmosphere, perfect for anyone looking to unwind, stretch, and recharge. Expect soothing stretches combined with gentle core, back, and hip strengthening sequences. Because of this class’s gentle nature, it’s also great for beginners looking to create a strong Pilates foundation. QB Pilates (Beginner)
New to Pilates? No problem! Let us support you as you begin (or resume) your Pilates journey. This class will provide all the tools you need to make Pilates a part of your routine, building your strength and endurance. You'll gain the foundation needed for our other classes on the schedule, helping you progress and feel confident in your practice.
QB Pilates (Seniors)
All our classes are open to all ages, but we created QB Pilates (Seniors) with adults 60+ in mind. This class supports posture, balance, and strength so you can keep doing what you love -walking, gardening, skiing, golfing or travelling. Expect a thoughtful, well-rounded workout that supports mobility, bone health, and confidence in movement.
QB Strength
QB Strength focuses on the fundamentals of strength training to enhance your power and stability, with a dash of Pilates-inspired moves to keep things fresh. This class combines strength, conditioning and mindful movement, helping you develop resilience while promoting balance and endurance. You'll finish feeling strong, capable, and ready to take on anything!
QB Strength (Mobility)
Mobility is more than stretching—it's your body’s ability to move with ease, using flexibility, balance, strength, and pliability. QB Strength (Mobility) includes exercises to improve your range of motion, strengthen muscles around joints, and help you move better. QB Open Gym
QB Open Gym is an energizing circuit workout that builds strength and endurance while pushing your limits! This strength training circuit uses the Reformer, Cadillac wall, free weights, and kettlebells, with an expert coach guiding you through each movement. No Reformer experience is needed—just bring your determination and get ready to sweat!
QB Open Form
QB Open Form is a dynamic, interval-based class designed to get your heart rate up by blending cardio, Pilates, and strength moves. With fun music to keep you motivated, you'll sweat and feel the burn. Not a fan of jumping? No problem—effective and challenging low-impact options are always available. It’s a rewarding workout that pushes your limits and leaves you feeling accomplished.
