Quiet Bodies Teacher Training
*Full for Fall 2025
Whether you are already a seasoned Pilates practitioner or just beginning your journey, this course will empower you with the tools and knowledge you need to confidently teach an Open Level Group Mat Class. Our goal is to help you develop a solid foundation in both the art and science of Pilates, setting you up for success as both a teacher and a lifelong learner.
Learn to teach what Moves you
Hey there, Kala here! This course is designed to make you a knowledgeable and professional Pilates instructor whose sole mission is to make people feel welcome, awesome, and have fun along the way.
Learning to teach Pilates has taught me just as much about life and people as it has about movement. I get to make a real impact by helping people feel strong and confident in their bodies, and that’s incredibly powerful. It may not be rocket science, but if I can help a rocket scientist move and feel better, it creates a ripple effect.
This training brings together everything I’ve learned since 2011 and I can’t wait to share it with you, are you ready to dive in?

✳ ANATOMY + CONSIDERATIONS
Getting into the nitty gritty, this section introduces essential anatomy and physiology, explaining what’s working, where, and how, with a focus on understanding which muscles are active during each exercise. We’ll also cover how to adapt programs for pre- and postnatal clients, address pain and injuries, and modify Pilates to suit a range of physical needs.
☺ BUSINESS SKILLS
So you know how to teach Pilates… now what? This section prepares you for the professional world of Pilates by covering how to find a job, understand the roles and responsibilities of a Pilates instructor, navigate the interview process, and uphold strong ethical standards within the industry.
