    Planned Absences

If you know you will miss any portion of the training, you must notify us in advance so we can arrange appropriate make-up options.

    Unplanned Absences

In the event of illness or emergency, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss options for staying on track.

    Make-Up Options

Missed hours must be made up through private make-up sessions with the lead instructor at a rate of $97 + HST per hour. These sessions will cover the missed material and provide time for questions and practice.

    • All make-up sessions must be completed within 60 days of the training end date.

    • In some cases, missed hours may be made up by attending the same section in a future training (subject to availability and studio discretion).

    Maximum Allowable Absence

Participants may miss up to 10% of the training (4.5 hours). Missing more than this may result in delayed certification and/or the need to re-enroll in the next training cohort at an extra cost.
