A little bit about the workshop

Roll With Us: A 4-Class Beginner Series at Quiet Bodies

Whether you're brand new to Pilates and strength training or a regular looking to sharpen your skills, our Beginner’s Workshop – Roll With Us is the perfect place to start (or restart) your movement journey.

This four-class series is designed with beginners in mind – no prior experience needed. We’ll break down the basics, focus on proper form, and help you build a strong foundation in a supportive, welcoming environment.

What’s Included:

Each week spotlights a different class style offered at Quiet Bodies, giving you a full-spectrum introduction to how we train:

Class 1: QB Pilates

Our signature take on Classical Pilates. You'll learn the foundational principles that guide everything we do at QB.

Class 2: QB Strength

Intro to strength training – with a focus on functional movement, proper form, and understanding how to build real strength that lasts.

Class 3: QB Open Form

A cardio-focused class that teaches you how to pace yourself, train in the right heart rate zones, and modify to suit your body – no jumping required.

Class 4: QB Open Gym

A circuit-style training session that brings it all together. Learn how to move through stations with confidence and intention.

Already coming to class? This workshop is still for you.

If you’ve been in the studio and feel like you're just going through the motions, this is your chance to fine-tune, ask questions, and deepen your understanding of how to train with purpose.

You'll learn things like:

  • How to make common exercises work for your body

  • How to identify key markers of real strength (hint: it’s not just sweat or soreness)

  • How to approach cardio training effectively – even if you hate cardio

  • How to feel more coordinated, confident, and clear in every class

At Quiet Bodies, Pilates is our foundation – but we believe a well-rounded body needs strength and cardio too. This workshop gives you a little taste of it all, with the support, coaching, and attention to detail we’re known for.
