Your billing cycle is as unique as you are. When you sign up for your membership, you can decide to start your membership on a specific date. Otherwise, it will automatically begin the day you sign up.

After this, your membership will automatically renew on the same day every month until you cancel.

You can book as many extra classes as you like. Extra classes are billed at $16.50 + HST per class for all membership tiers. When booking extra classes, you will be prompted to pay the ‘member drop in rate’ of $16.50 + HST upon booking.

As part of your membership, you receive one free guest pass per month to bring a pal along to a class! Please note that you must be attending the class with your friend/family member in order to take advantage of this perk. Guest passes can only be used once per individual guest.

Pauses: You can pause your membership once every three months for at least two weeks. Please send us an email at least 7 business days before your next payment so we have enough time to take care of your request.

Cancellations: You may cancel your membership anytime after your first 3-month commitment period is over. You can request to cancel via the app or through the Log-In page on our website. Please be sure to submit your cancellation request at least 7 business days before your next payment. Providing us with ample notice allows us to make the necessary adjustments and prevents any unwanted autopayments from being processed.

Any unused classes expire at the end of each billing cycle and don’t roll over, so try to make the most of them! If an unexpected situation arises, such as an illness, injury, or emergency, and you have one or two classes remaining at the end of your billing cycle, please let us know. We’re here to help.

2. This can be done twice per calendar year in extenuating circumstances
