We offer six different class styles of varied intensities that are all Beginner-friendly. Our classes will improve your balance, flexibility and strength through our unique blend of Classical Pilates, Strength Training and HIIT techniques.

At Quiet Bodies, we provide thoughtful sequencing that works your body from head to toe while leaving you feeling rejuvenated for the rest of the day.

What do I need?

Yourself! We provide complimentary mats and all the props you need. However, if you’d prefer to bring your own mat, please feel free to do so.

How can I sign up?

We offer 4 Classes in 2 Weeks for $48 for anyone new to the studio. This offering gives you the opportunity to try out multiple classes and fully experience the difference Pilates makes in your life in just two weeks.

Alternatively, you can sign up for a single drop-in class.
