How to get started
How to get started
If you’re new to fitness or returning:
Start with 2–3 classes per week:
1–2 × QB Pilates
1 × QB Strength
This helps you build a strong foundation while introducing your body to movement in a supportive way
If you already have a routine:
Aim for 3–5 classes per week:
2 × QB Strength
1–2 × QB Pilates
1 × QB Conditioning (Open Form or Open Gym)
This combination builds strength, improves mobility, and keeps your training well-rounded.
If you want to explore everything:
Use your two weeks to try a mix of classes:
Pilates
Strength

-
Wear comfortable athletic attire that allows for easy movement. Get ready to kick off your shoes, as we practice in socks or bare feet. We will provide everything else, including complimentary mats, towels, and water.
-
Absolutely! If you’re just starting out or returning after some time, we recommend beginning with one of our Pilates classes before exploring our higher-intensity class styles. We occasionally offer a Beginner's Workshop in the Fall and Spring. However, you don’t have to wait for that workshop to get started.
-
If you have never been to the studio before we recommend starting out with our intro offer of 2-Weeks Unlimited for $69. This intro offer is perfect to get a taste of what life is like at Quiet Bodies. We recommend spacing your classes out by at least one to two days in between. If you are newer to movement, this even spacing will give your body time to recover sufficiently and will have you feeling great by the end of your two-week intro period.
-
Yes! We are open 7 days a week and offer a variety of class times every day throughout the morning, late afternoon, and evening to suit your schedule. View our full schedule here.
