QB Pilates Class Styles Guide

Welcome to QB!

At QB, we offer a few different class styles and intensities. This is a simple guide explaining what you can expect to get out of each class. There is no right way to do Pilates, so remember, the right choice for you is the one you will do.

Lastly, all of our classes are beginner-friendly, and our instructors are masters at offering progressions and regressions seamlessly in their classes so that you never feel called out or alone.

QB Pilates

Kick off your shoes and step onto the mat. QB Pilates is our signature class and you can expect to master and learn the foundational Classical Mat Pilates exercises in new and unique ways while taking steps toward becoming stronger, flexible and restored.

QB Pilates (Restorative)

QB Pilates (Restorative) is nothing but chill vibes. It is an excellent class if you are brand new to Pilates and looking to build a strong foundation, but it doubles as a perfect class for folks who want to unwind, stretch, and feel 100% rejuvenated from head to toe.

QB Strength

QB Strength is a unique blend of Pilates and strength training. This class is challenging but accessible to beginners because the format allows you to go at your own pace and make every move count. If gaining more strength, power, and endurance is your goal, this class is just for you.

QB Open Form (Cardio)

QB Open Form is a unique blend of Barre, HIIT and Pilates, that is fun, and sweaty and will leave you feeling energized when you leave. This 45-minute class will include a movement-based warm-up, followed by a 15-minute HIIT with optional low-impact options and a smooth, feel-good Pilates cool down. The BEST class, come give it a try!

QB Open Gym (Pilates Circuit)

This Pilates class is a circuit-style workout using the Reformer, Cadillac wall, and other props. With a maximum of 5 participants, you'll receive personalized attention and feedback. QB Open Gym is a fun and challenging way to reach your fitness goals.

Essentrics (Dynamic Stretch Workout)

Essentrics is a dynamic full-body workout that combines strengthening and stretching exercises to improve flexibility and balance. The class is designed to leave you feeling energized and refreshed, with improved posture and reduced tension in your muscles. It’s the GOOD stuff.
