We look forward to welcoming you to our studio at 137 Queen St. E, Unit B, Mississauga, ON L5G 1N1. We're located on the second floor of a Chiropractic Clinic "My Health." Please look for the bright blue door with "PILATES" painted on it. You'll need to head up a small flight of stairs, should you need assistance please let us know here or give us a call. We can’t wait to see you!

Wear comfortable athletic attire that allows for easy movement. Get ready to kick off your shoes, as we practice in socks or bare feet. We will provide everything else, including complimentary mats, towels, and water.

Absolutely! If you’re just starting out or returning after some time, we recommend beginning with one of our Pilates classes before exploring our higher-intensity class styles. We occasionally offer a Beginner's Workshop in the Fall and Spring. However, you don’t have to wait for that workshop to get started.

If you have never been to the studio before we recommend starting out with our intro offer of 4 classes in 2-weeks for $48.This intro offer is perfect to get a taste of what life is like at Quiet Bodies. We recommend spacing your four classes out by taking two in your first week and two in your second week if your schedule allows. If you are newer to movement, this even spacing will give your body time to recover sufficiently in between classes and will have you feeling great by the end of your two-week intro period.
