How to Get Started
Not sure where to begin?
Here’s a simple way to structure your two weeks with us:
If you’re new to fitness or returning:
Start with 2–3 classes per week:
1–2 × QB Pilates
1 × QB Strength
This helps you build a strong foundation while introducing your body to movement in a supportive way.
If you already have a routine:
Aim for 3–5 classes per week:
2 × QB Strength
1–2 × QB Pilates
1 × QB Conditioning (Open Form or Open Gym)
This combination builds strength, improves mobility, and keeps your training well-rounded.
If you want to explore everything:
Use your two weeks to try a mix of classes:
Pilates
Strength
Mobility
Conditioning
This is the best way to experience the full QB method and find what you enjoy most.
